Age Limit

We welcome guests with a minimum age of 16. Teens from 13 to 16 years can avail of our facilities and services when accompanied by a parent or guardian.

What to Bring

We supply a wide variety of amenities: towels, sarongs, make-up remover, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. Please remember to bring your hairbrush, cosmetics and any other personal toiletries you may need. A space to store your belongings is provided. However, we will not assume liability for any loss or damage to your personal belongings. Please refrain from bringing valuables to the facilities.

Arrivals

For your optimal experience, we recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, so that you can relax, enjoy refreshment, and prepare for your session. First time guests are requested to arrive a half-hour before your session to allow time to fill out a New Guest Profile Form, and benefit from spending precious moments in consultation with our staff.

Holistic Lifestyle Assessment

You will be asked to complete a New Guest Profile Form at the time of your first visit. Please advise us ahead of time of any special medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy as certain therapies may not be recommended. Share with us your preferences regarding massage pressure or music selection, disclose your dietary concerns and communicate your fitness goals, so that we can truly customize your experience, ensuring that you enjoy to the fullest.

Cancellations

Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please inform us at the latest 12 hours prior to the appointment. For multiple sessions, 24 hours notice is requested. Cancellations or no-shows with less than the allotted time will be charged at full value. If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated. We will try to accommodate you. Should we be unable to do so, the time of your arrival will determine the length of your sessions, which will be completed as scheduled to ensure that following services begin promptly.

Retail Collection

To ensure that your wellness experience continues after your return home, our boutique carries an array of spa, skincare, body care, hair care, yoga and fitness products, inspiring books, CDs and DVDs. Our staff will be delighted to assist you with the selection of products that truly meet your needs.

Service charge and tax

Reflecting our effort to make your wellness experience as seamless as possible, all prices include government tax and service charge. Additional gratuities are at your discretion.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long should I stay?

A Partner may try to reduce the amount of caffeine, alcohol and nicotine that you consume one to two weeks before your arrival. We also recommend that you bring loose, casual clothing for your classes and to wear around the resort. Sports shoes are required for physical training in the gym, and for some daily activity classes. Our wellness program advisor will email you necessary information, customised to the package you have chosen just before your arrival.

May I bring younger members of my family?

Whilst we do not impose an upper age limit, we do restrict our younger guests to those of 16 years or more.

What attractions are there near the resort?

Depending on the location of the resort you have chosen, Please refer to "Local Attractions" in the website.

Can I connect my laptop? How can I stay in touch?

A stay in The Andaman is designed to improve your health and wellness. Whilst we don't expect you to 'switch off' we would like you to concentrate on yourself rather than other activities. Facilities for staying in touch are limited but you may bring your laptop to connect in your room.

Will I feel comfortable if I come alone?

Single guests feel very comfortable at The Andaman. Some guests come alone because they prefer to spend time by themselves; there is so much to do and it's easy to meet fellow guests. Malaysia is known for its warm hospitality. You will always be greeted with a warm smile by our friendly staff.

How do I make a booking?

Is there a minimum number of stays required to make a booking?

This will depend on the package chosen. Kindly refer to the terms and conditions of the package chosen.

What are the rates inclusive of?

Depending on the packages take please read the terms and condition carefully. Usually rates are per room, per night, based on single/double occupancy and subject to availability at time of reservation. These rates do not include any additional room charges that may be imposed or local taxes. Rooms may not be available during peak season, hence blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Rates are also not applicable to groups, or with other offers or promotions

If I have booked a package, do I still need to book the spa treatments when I check-in?

Yes, upon check in spa and fitness appointments must be reserve in advance during your wellness assessment. Furthermore, you will be contacted via email by our wellness coordinator with some basic information on how to prepare yourself for the retreats.

If I am unable to participate in all the activities and treatments, is there a refund?

No, any unused portions of the package(s) are not transferable to other dates or for cash/credit.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Yes, if the package is cancelled after 7 days prior to the arrival date, a one night cancellation fee will be charged. If there is a non-arrival on the day, a no show fee for the entire package will be incurred.

How long should I stay?

Your experience at V Integrated Wellness is designed to facilitate lifestyle transformation under a full range of health and wellness programmes. Our 5 Day 4 Night core packages offer more than a tranquil escapes and go far beyond pampering and indulgence to deliver results. However, your chosen retreat or your personal goals may require more or less time. You can choose any of the packages ranging from 1 day samplers to customised 2 week programs.
